What does it mean to join the Hearts of Grace Community? Frankly, this is up to you – we see the community as an opportunity to follow your heart in response to the calling God has for you to serve your neighbors.
It begins by “staying connected” – signing up as a participant in our community with your email address so we can let you know as new stories, prayer requests, current needs, articles, and events are posted on the website. Your address will be kept strictly confidential – it will never be shared with a third party unless the third party is associated with the activities of Hearts of Grace.

Those who register with full address, phone, e-mail preferences, and other key information will receive mailed invitations to events, be informed by our Outreach Community Ministries annual reports and other publications, create a personal membership profile, and enjoy the benfits of full involvement in the Outreach Community Ministries family. Outreach Community Ministries is blessed and encouraged by those who join with complete information and indicate their interest in full involvement in the organization.
From there you decide where you go with your participation in the community. You can stay informed by checking in with the website as new information comes out. You can respond to Prayer Requests or Current Needs. There are opportunities to Volunteer as a leader with Hearts of Grace serving on the Action Board or a Leadership Team and there are opportunities to volunteer with hands-on-ministry at OCM. You can join the Stewardship Campaign by providing a one-time contribution through Donate Now or signing up as a Family Sponsor. You can also contribute to a Community Conversation around topics of mutual interest or Talk Back in response to a “Faith in Action” article.
